NewLeaf Policies

Newleaf Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Newleaf does not issue refunds on any service. If a customer needs to withdraw from a class, training or service due to medical or personal issues, he or she needs to contact Tara (t.haines@nleaf.co.uk) immediately, as the amount of credit issued toward future classes or sessions is based on the date Newleaf has been notified of the withdrawal. A doctor’s acceptance letter is required prior to any return to classes or training.

If you need to cancel a class, training or session reservation or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Please discuss cancellation/rescheduling policies with your trainer or instructor for complete details.

if you have pre-paid for sessions and you cancel within 24hrs of the session, you will lose this session and you will not be provided with an alternative or add on to your pre-paid course (this is due to the time commitment made by our staff to your session).

Newleaf Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of registration via Card or Cash. If you require an alternative form of payment such as a cheque, you can make arrangements to do so with your trainer or instructor prior to the class or session. If we do not receive payment or we do not hear from you to set up payment, your registration will be canceled. Receipt of payment is the only way to secure your appointment or space in a class or session.

Newleaf Sessions are by Appointment Only

Newleaf is available for clients by appointments only. You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your session, as discussed with your trainer. Please come to the rear of the property and take a seat in the waiting room.

Newleaf Dress code

You are required to wear appropriate clothing for he session, which will be explained by your instructor. No jewellery that could potentially damage apparatus upholstery or become entangled in moving parts of equipment (earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc) is permitted.

Newleaf Late arrival policy

If you arrive late for an apointment, then it will still be charged for the appointment time allocated. Our staff are not abliged to go over the time alotted due to other clients.
